Time Line Therapy™ was created by Dr Tad James, M.S., Ph.D after years of working with clients. He developed this model of therapy and published “Time Line Therapy ™ and the Basis of Personality”. It is a collection of effective and painless techniques that allow you to make changes at the unconscious level in relation to how we store time. The techniques are powerful, quickly creating changes to the way you feel, the way you see the world and your won results and goals.

 

How does Time Line Therapy™ work?

We store time in a linear way where we organise the past, present, and future. Time Line Therapy™ works on how our unconscious mind stores our experiences, our memories. More importantly the emotions attached to those events are linked to our belief, decisions which ultimately will can free you from your past and allow to create your future.
